"Contest Period" starts at 12:01 pm on February 25, 2010 and continues until 11:59pm on May 9, 2010 on, the "Contest Closing Date". No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Only one (1) entry per person. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. All times are Eastern Standard Times. The Contest is sponsored by Kimberly-Clark, Inc., hereinafter after as the "Contest Sponsor".
To enter, go to, pottydancecontest.com and upload a video (no longer than two (2) minutes), showing us your child's potty dance, and complete the entry ballot in full and submit it as instructed by the Contest Closing Date. Eligibility requirements:
NOTE that the Contest Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, elect to use, in whole or in part, any video or audio or any photograph ("Submission") entered into this promotion for its own future advertising and/or promotional activities, without notice or compensation; and that the person submitting same hereby assigns all rights of the Submission to the Contest Sponsor and will have no further copyright or similar claim. Entrant warrants to the Contest Sponsor and affiliates that the submission does not contravene or infringe on anyone else's copyright or other intellectual property.
Submissions may not be for any other person, or include any other people in the video, must not contain defamatory words/statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or socioeconomic group); may not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity or pornography, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous language or gesture), may not in any way reference persons or organizations without their written permission, may not include threats to any person, place, business, or group, must not disparage persons or organizations associated with the Contest Sponsor; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any other way contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, or local laws and regulations in any province or territory where video is created.
The submission cannot contain any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or display any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, trademarks, slogans, political, personal and religious statements as determined by the Contest Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the requirements of these Contest Rules. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of judges and the Contest Sponsor.
(b) A panel of three (3) in-house judges will review all eligible entries received on or around March 31, 2010 at One Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, in
order to choose ten (10) semi-finalists based on the following criteria:

whereas the general public may be able to vote for their favorite entry, the voting will commence at 12:01pm on April 1, 2010, up until 11:59pm on May 9,
2010,
the "Voting Period". The semi-finalist with the highest number of votes at the end of Voting Period will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner, the next semi-finalist with the highest number of votes will deemed the potential Second Prize winner and the third semi-finalist with the highest number of votes will be deemed the potential Third Prize winner. In the case of a tie situation, a random draw will be conducted from the tied entries. Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone or email, as set out on the entry form, on or around May 20, 2010.

(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected.
(a) Participants are eligible to win:
One (1) Grand Prize, a video camera with an approximate retail value of $600.
One (1) Second Prize, consisting of a $100 gift card from Micheals, to be used online.
One (1) Third Prize, consisting of a $100 gift card from Micheals, to be used online.
(b) Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Any taxes or additional expenses associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
3. To be declared a winner, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time; and may also need to return a signed release of liability and acknowledgment form. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
4. By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor and its advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.
5. This Contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence excluding residents of Quebec and employees of the Contest Sponsor, its parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
6. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
7. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor. Contest Sponsor takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.
8. Contest Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Contest Sponsor with explicit permission to do so as indicated on the entry form. 9. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsor, its advertising and Contest agencies and the Contest judge(s), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, and photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.
10. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsor. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
11. (a) Contest Sponsor assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the Contest.
Contest Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or otherwise modify this contest, cancel any method of entry or void any entries, or any voting mechanisms submitted fraudulently should unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of this contest. In the event of cancellation, Contest Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
(b) If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
